It has been very quiet since the Circuit Breaker was implemented, and we were surprised to receive a call from ROM (Registry of Marriages Singapore) with regards to engaging a live band to perform music for 30 pairs of wedding couples who would be having their solemnisation directly with ROM on the hot date 25 May 2020.
