Yes, 垃圾车 was actually the song they chose for their second march in, which I thought was a sweet and lovely choice by the couple. In fact, the guests were pleasantly surprised, turned to look and cheer for the band when they heard the hokkien song being sung and applauded even louder for the couple as they marched in. The champagne pouring which followed on was memorable as I have never attended a wedding which the bridegroom spent really a long time trying to pop the cork. Beng Yang saved himself from this pretty awkward situation with his good sense of humour. Halfway through being stuck, he actually used the serviette which was wrapping the champagne bottle to wipe the sweat off his forehead and that comical act tickled the guests. Sian Li, you have definitely married a humourous man as what was mentioned in your Jie-mei Li-Ann’s speech.
It was a great pleasure to perform for your wedding Beng Yang and Sian Li. Both Wilson and I had fun with all the songs and we were touched by the positive responses from you as well as the guests. Congrats in finding the 垃圾车 in your life! =)
