Hui Bing’s Thoughts: From This Moment
Grace said she and Jay are an example of how ‘opposites attract’. Jay is an active person who enjoyed the outdoors such as scuba diving, trekking, badminton, while she is more like a 宅女 who loves watching HK dramas.
But one particular day in 1996 at Serangoon Gardens, their paths collided as Grace, who was with a big group of gal friends, asked another a big group of guys to reserve their table for them after they have completed their meals.
Since then, the two groups became friends and as the saying goes, the rest is history. Their love journey of 8 years culminated in a grand wedding and solemnisation ceremony at the Chevrons, Jurong.
