Bevlyn’s Thoughts: I Wanna Grow Old With You
Wendy and Desmond’s wedding probably marked a first for me – the first time I see a bride and groom go UP the stairs (instead of down) when they ‘march-in’. Flutes at the Fort has a wonderful long aisle with n number of steps for the sporty and adventurous ones. Wendy requested for the band to perform ‘live’ their march-in song “I wanna grow old with you” while they walked up the stairs and wave to guests gathered around the open-ended side of the restaurant.

Check out these cutsies which welcome the guests at the reception table!
The wedding was really a chill affair with Desmond and Wendy mingling around with many guests, many of whom were stuffed with excellent cuisine and wine served by The Flutes. How do I know? Ein Ein and I had our great share of it too! 🙂
Congratulations to Desmond and Wendy, who did a great job putting this wedding together despite being in Australia until a few days right before the wedding day. May the two of you grow old together and your love for each other be strengthened from day to day.
