Bevlyn’s Thoughts: Come Fly with Me
It is my first time to The Flutes, and I was blown away by this rustic black and white bungalow which used to be the old Fire Chiefs’ home. It was built in 1908, and I was thrilled to still be able to capture the charm of ‘old Singapore’!
A tentage was set up, and the flowers’ arrangement was amazing:

I thought that this was a great idea – you can find your own name and table number in this standee.
A creative way to call the wash-room:
I couldn’t get a picture, but Stephanie’s 8-year-old niece Nicole sang the beautiful song ‘Butterfly Kisses‘, and with that song (which speaks of a father’s love for his daughter), Stephanie and her father Mr Magnus opened the dance floor with a lovely salsa dance.
But the most thrilling one was meant for the last. For their second march-in, Daniel and Stephanie dressed their part for a Spanish’ dance-in’. They danced so well I honestly thought they had been doing this for the longest time.

Repertoire:
Bubbly, Come Away With Me, Everything, Longer, Wishin and Hopin, I Will, 月亮代表我的心 (The Moon Represents My Heart), Let It Be Me, Wonderful Tonight, Girl from Ipamena, Here Comes The Sun, I Say A Little Prayer
Come Fly with Me, For Once In My Life, Sway, Quando Quando Quando, Sugar Sugar, Suddenly I See, Something Stupid, It Had to Be You, La Vie En Rose, C’est Si Bon
Compliments from Eileen (Stephanie’s mother):
Hi Bevlyn
It would be remiss for me not to thank you for the wonderful wonderful singing at Stephanie and Daniel’s Wedding.
You certainly helped set the right atmosphere and tone – and your voice ….
Loved it and we had a lot of compliments from our guests too!
All the best
