Tanya’s thoughts: 至少还有你 (At Least There Is You)
Adele and Leok Lim’s wedding was a cosy and intimate affair among relatives and close friends. The joy was apparent on the beaming and excited faces of guests who turned up to join in the celebrations. What particularly struck a chord in our hearts that night was the speech given by the groom – it was heartfelt, sincere and poignant.

We then learnt that due to a very unfortunate turn of events, Adele’s mother had to be hospitalized weeks before the wedding. It couldn’t be better blessing for the couple that eventually, Adele’s mother was able to attend the wedding; to be part of what could possibly be the most important day in her daughter’s life.

This also served as a reminder to us, one that’s very easily forgotten today given the hustle and bustle of our day-to-day lives, that there could be nothing more important than health, happiness and family.
To Adele and Leok Lim, our warmest wishes for a lifetime of wedded bliss! And to Adele’s mother – a speedy recovery ahead!

Compliments:
Hi Hsin Yeow,
Sorry we were busy and forgot about the feedback. It was a pity we didn’t get to hear much of the music as we were busy most of the night!
But general feedback from the guests was excellent. We also appreciated the fact that both singers were able to sing in duet for the songs we chose that were sung by either male/female singers.
Also many thanks to the band for agreeing to play a short piece impromtu for my video montage =)
Cheers and happy CNY,
Adele
