Juliet’s thoughts: Pretty World
Playing with Sharon has always been such a joy. She has a spontaneous reaction to groove and sounds, and to seal it off all good, most importantly, has a passion for the music she plays.
It’s real fun working with Wah yong and Sharon on this luncheon, playing beautiful songs such as Pretty World, I will, 可爱玫瑰花 etc with the audience clapping to almost every song.
My highlight of the noon is Everything by Michael Buble, just because the lovely table of children in front of me cheered so loudly and kept bouncing and dancing in joy over the song.

When we decided to engage a band during the initial wedding preparation, we spent a far bit of time searching for a voice that we like, something along the lines of bossa nova and jazz. We are glad that we found Juliet. When we heard her singing we knew her voice will be perfect for our wedding party.
Our families and guests have nothing but praises for the band and Juliet’s singing. It was a joy to see our guests enjoy the songs. Tony’s family actually got up and danced at one point. Thanks for ALD’s arrangement to put the band together. Some of our guests have been coming to us after the wedding saying they too will love to have Juliet sing at their weddings!
And congratulations to Juliet for her upcoming solo album in December. Way to go, girl! 🙂
