Jonathan’s thoughts: Besame Mucho

Nic and Angie had the wonderful idea of having their wedding held at a private Chinese restaurant in Rochester Park.

Min Jiang, is a very classy Sichuan restaurant and they’re famous for the Peking duck.

The restaurant’s courtyard was converted to be their dining area with a gazebo at a corner for their solemnization ceremony. Decorated with red and pink Chinese lanterns hanging over them, it was absolutely beautiful.

This was a wedding of cheers and laughter, many of their friends came forward to share how they remembered them as singles, there were even video greetings from overseas! Everyone was having a ball.

Melissa singing just raised the classiness of the evening a notch higher. She’s undoubtedly one of the most authentic jazz vocalist in Singapore. Her approach to style, choice of repertoire, was perfect to the evening.

When she sings, you just want to stop what you’re doing and admire her singing. Many guests praised and congratulated her for singing so wonderfully. A combination of guitar and saxophone was not too loud, just right for the setting. Daniel’s playing also received many praises.

Congratulations Nic and Angie!  It was a pleasure to perform at your wedding.
