It has been very quiet since the Circuit Breaker was implemented, and we were surprised to receive a call from ROM (Registry of Marriages Singapore) with regards to engaging a live band to perform music for 30 pairs of wedding couples who would be having their solemnisation directly with ROM on the hot date 25 May 2020. They felt that virtual solemnisation is a new normal, and having ‘live’ music performances would help liven up the atmosphere (celebratory effects!)… and we were informed after the day that the wedding couples were so surprised and touched by the gesture!
